When logged in, click on the “My Settings” link in the footer. You’ll be provided a field for updating your display name.
I’m having trouble connecting my donation to the person that referred me.
Please go ahead and make your donation. Then email us your name and the person you would like it connected to, and we’ll adjust it for you.
My donation didn’t show up.
Check your bank to see if the transaction went through. If so, wait a few minutes for the system to update. This usually happens immediately, but sometimes it takes a few minutes when large amounts of donations are being processed.
Do I have to create an account to make a donation?
No, you can make a donation without creating an account. Creating an account gives you access to our “Stats” page and allows you to share your donation and generosity with others. However, if you click on “Donate” and fill out the information, then click “Let’s Make a Donation” at the bottom of the screen, a popup will appear encouraging you to log in. You can simply skip this by clicking “Let Me Donate.”
